Return Policy
We designed our policy to be transparent and concierge friendly for both buyers and sellers.
Return window
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain unworn and in original condition.
Condition requirements
Keep original tags, certificates, dust bags, and packaging material. Items missing authentication documents may be declined.
Exclusions
Personalized, final sale, and hygiene-related items can not be returned unless faulty on arrival.

Ship with prepaid label
Use our insured courier label. We track every parcel for peace of mind.
Receive your refund
Once authenticated, we release funds to your original payment method within 5–7 days.
